Challenge
US Supply needed eCommerce that matched in-store service without alienating tech-hesitant buyers. Magento alone could not handle per-customer pricing, credit terms, or real-time sync with their Eclipse ERP across online and retail purchases.
Solution
We built ColdFusion and SQL Server bridges that pull per-customer pricing and inventory from the ERP into Magento, plus invoice line-item payments, ACH and card checkout, order-pad templates, and employee logins under company credit. A whiteboard animation introduced the Virtual Counter as a complement to personal service.
Results
The Virtual Counter became a full wholesale portal—complex pricing and invoicing online, without replacing the service culture customers already trusted.
